Annual Native Plant Sale and Spring Festival Returns to Nature Center

Celebrate spring at Croydon Creek Nature Center’s annual Spring Festival and Native Plant Sale. The free, family-friendly festival will be held 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, April 28.

Enjoy a live animal show from Scales & Tales, naturalist-led hikes, games, crafts and other activities, including face painting and exhibits on sustainability. Native plants will be available for purchase.

The nature center is located at 852 Avery Road. The center is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, and closed Mondays. For more information on Croydon Creek Nature Center, visit www.rockvillemd.gov/croydoncreek.
