Community Organizations Invited to Apply for Grants

The City of Rockville provides grants annually to local organizations that partner with the city to enhance quality of life of Rockville residents.

Nonprofits supporting the advancement of education and community engagement are welcome to apply. Applications are being accepted now for Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019).

To be eligible for a grant, organizations must provide services to Rockville residents and complete an online application. Applicants will have the opportunity to speak in support of their grant request at a public hearing for the FY 2019 budget in spring 2018. Final decisions will be made by the Mayor and Council on the FY 2019 budget in May 2018.

Applications are due by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20.
