A forum to be held by the Department of Public Works will highlight changes taking place with Rockville’s development and permitting services, as well as deliver an update on the ongoing FAST process.
FAST, which stands for faster, accountable, smarter and transparent, is an ongoing city initiative implementing improvements to Rockville’s development review and permitting processes.
The forum, to be held from 9-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29 in the Mayor and Council chambers at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave., will target need-to-know information, including changes to Rockville code, for developers, engineers, land-use attorneys, contractors, government agencies and utilities, among others.
Additionally, the Mayor and Council are scheduled to receive an update on the FAST process at their Monday, Nov. 18 meeting.
