Get Fit Without Having to Get in the Pool at the Swim and Fitness Center

The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center is a great place to swim and stay in shape year-round, but you don’t have to get wet for your workout!

The center has several land-based classes, including ones for kids and teens, that include Pilates, circuit training, yoga, cardio kickboxing and Zumba. Whatever your fitness level, the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center has a class that can lift your fitness level.

Visit www.rockvillemd.gov/registration. To see fitness classes at the swim center, select “Rockville Swim and Fitness Center” under location and “Fitness” as the category. Registration is currently open. Spring sessions begin April 23.

Find out about Rockville Swim and Fitness Center pool schedules, seasonal hours, personal training opportunities and more at www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter.
