Rockville Little Theatre presents “Kindertransport”

8 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, 7 and 8; 2 p.m. Feb. 2 and 9.

A modern classic, directed by Karen Fleming, about one woman’s struggle to come to terms with her past — brutally separated from her German-Jewish parents and brought to England with the promise of a new life. This play examines the life, during World War II and after, of a Kindertransport child. Though fictitious, it’s based on real Kindertransport stories.

The production will be staged at the Kreeger Auditorium at the Bender JCC of Greater Washington, 6125 Montrose Road.

Tickets are $22, $20 for students and seniors

For more info or for tickets, call 240-314-8690 or visit fscottfitzgerald.showare.com/Kindertransport. Group pricing is available. Call the box office for more information.
