What was previously the Human Services Nonprofit Grant and the Community Organization Grant have been combined into one grant program — the Community Services and Enrichment Grant Program — making the application process easier and more efficient for applicants and for the city.

Local nonprofit community organizations that provide services to and/or enrichment programs for Rockville residents are encouraged to apply. The amount of funding for the grant program will be about $1.2 million. Grants will be awarded to about 35 applicants.

Applications open Monday, Sept. 9 for the Fiscal Year 2026 grant application period. The deadline to apply is Monday, Oct. 14.

Visit www.rockvillemd.gov/grants on Sept. 9 to apply and for instructions for accessing the portal. Details about technical sessions for applicants to learn how to apply will be listed on the webpage.
