The 27th Annual Rockville Public Safety Awards were held June 8 at Lakewood Country Club. Terrance N. Treschuk (far left), who retired June 1 after 27 years as Chief of Police, received a Lifetime Achievement Award. Officers receiving citations were (L to R) Cpl.
