Spring Break Can Be Two Days of Fun With Rockville’s Community Centers

Keep your kids occupied and enriched over spring break with fun adventures at Rockville’s community centers.

Spring break days at the centers are Wednesday and Thursday, April 17 and 18. Use the course numbers below to register at www.rockvillemd.gov/registration.

With Spring Break Adventure Days at Thomas Farm Community Center, kids in grades K-5 go offsite on field trips, as well as spend time at the center enjoying games, an open gym and more. Each day runs from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and the cost each day is $35 for residents and $40 for nonresidents. Register with course #9332 for April 17 and #9333 for April 18.

Kids in grades K-6 can enjoy spring break having fun with friends from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. each day at Twinbrook Community Recreation Center’s Spring Break Time. Activities include indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, and more. The cost is $40 for residents and $45 for nonresidents each day. Register with course #9309 for April 17 and #9310 for April 18.

Even teens and pre-teens aged 11-15 can get in on the action with two mini Spring Break Teen Trips from Lincoln Park Community Center. Day one is a visit to Dave & Buster’s. Day two is a trip to Main Event in Columbia. The cost is $35 for residents, $40 for nonresidents, per day. The trips run from noon-5 p.m. Register with course #9415 for April 17 and #9416 for April 18.
